	Anclote High School, Pasco County School Board. Project Manager. Managed 229,000 sq.ft. high school from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. $39 million. Pasco County, FL Expected completion date - August 2009.
	• Attended weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and provided status reports • Administered all RFIs, ASIs, PRs, CCDs, and Change Orders • Coordinated, recorded, registered, and tracked contract revisions • Reviewed, distributed, stamped, and signed shop drawing submittals • Assisted owner in selecting finishes, created, and presented finish boards for Superintendent approval • Designed and instructed construction manager on finsh layouts and selection • Coordinated consultant information across all disciplines • Drafted complete construction documents • Assisted in LEED for Schools certification process
	Master Plan, Carrollwood Day School. Project Assistant. Analyzed future program needs and facilitated in the design of the master plan for a pre-k through high school facility. 	• Attended weekly conferences with clients, sales representatives, engineers, and general contractors • Drafted exterior elevations, interior elevations, and plans • Created and managed door and frame schedules • Coordinated electrical and security input from consultants • Evaluated project construction progress and created punch lists • Managed and reviewed shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs • Created bid documents and assisted in bidding process • Developed and built conceptual and presentation quality architectural models • Researched and assisted in the selection of appropriate engineering systems and materials
